I have been wanting to do a Trash the Dress session for a while now and the perfect opportunity arose when my brother and his wife came out to visit from the US. Wanting some Aussie shots to add to their American wedding photos this was a great chance to capture the bush and the river and get down and dirty at the same time! Amy was up for anything and so much fun to shoot, thus making for some awesome images and a great time! Contrary to the name Trash the Dress doesn't necessarily mean that your dress will get trashed. It just means you don't have to be as precious as your were with it on the day. It's a chance to get expressive and arty and create some beautiful images in a dress that means a lot to you. I find that a good Dry Clean and your dress will be back to its beautiful self in no time and you will have some amazing images to cherish. Again thanks Dave and Amy for being brave.
