Ebony and Shaun's Wedding

It was with a feeling of relief that I left the sweltering heat of Echuca for a few days to the much cooler climate of Warrnambool to shoot Ebony and Shaun's wedding. Although still warm, the wedding day was typically Warrnambool as a cool gusty wind blew on the beach and cloud cover rolled in. However, a bit of wind that played havoc with perfect hairstyles certainly wasn't going to make Ebony bat an eyelid, she was one super relxed bride from start to finish. Shaun and Ebony clearly enjoyed every moment of their day which made them so easy and fun to work with. I especially loved the little impromptu dance on the beach...very cute! I also loved shooting somewhere different, and the beaches and clifftops of Warrnambool, where I had my own wedding, was a fantastic location. Thanks so much for asking me to photograph you on your wedding day. I had a ball. Tam xxx

Nicci and Mick's Wedding

It was with a few nerves that I headed off to Nicci and Mick's wedding as I was leaving my 5 week old daughter for the first time, but the excitement kicked in as soon as I saw Nicci getting ready for her big day. This was a wedding I was really looking forward to, having taught Nicci when I was a first year teacher and she was in Year 12 and I must admit it did make me a little teary to see her as a bride. Nicci looked amazing, as did Tayla and Maddie the couples little girls and we all had many laughs on the photo shoot, especially when the rubber boots came out to go traipsing through the dry grass. No snakes luckily!! Most of the shots I took either Mick, Nicci or both are bursting with laughter....ten years in the making is a long time so I guess they were both pretty happy! Thanks for asking me to take your wedding photos. I'm so happy for the four of you. Tam xxx

Monday Evening in my Garden

Just playing around with a new lens (and lots of computer manipulation) I have and took these shots in my garden. It had been such a hot day it was nice to get out in the evening. A big thunder storm hit just after I finished shooting which was marvelous. Amongst the flowers I also had a little naked boy running about in the rain in my garden Monday evening, but I thought I'd spare him by not adding his photo!

My Georgie Girl

Thank you to everyone who has been asking about the arrival of my baby. I guess the big, pregnant photographer at a wedding tends to stick in peoples minds! Georgia Grace arrived on October 5 and is keeping me very busy. These pics were taken at 10 days old, but I've just had a chance to get them on! I start up with weddings next weekend (I know, I'm crazy!) and am looking forward to it, although not looking forward to being out in this heat. Man, it's hot here! Tam xxx
